Ateneo's 12U batters place 3rd in Turkey Tournament

Representing the Philippines, the Ateneo de Manila 12U Baseball Team – which is composed of players from the Grade School and Junior High School - placed 3rd in the Turkey Tournament held in Singapore from 28 November to 1 December 2024. The members of the team are Mio Aligada (6-Regis), Axl Alingog (6-Campion), Kyle Baltazar (6-Brebeuf), Rafa Eleuterio (6-Brebeuf), Philip Esteban (6-Berchmans), Josh Gonzalez (7-Baena), Win Ignacio (7-Baldinucci), Lucas Laurito (7-Berchmans), Zach Nuesca (7-Bobola), Diego Silva (6-De Brito), and King Vinluan (7-Alonso). They were coached by Jun Bonifacio (head) and Emerson Barandoc (assistant).
Our young athletes showcased not just skill but also heart and resilience, securing a podium finish with pride and perseverance.
The tournament was held in Singapore American School and saw the Ateneans playing against teams from Hong Kong and Singapore.
