Moulic grabs gold at 2nd Leg Junior and Cadet Ranking Competition for fencers

Four student-athletes from Ateneo de Manila Senior High School (ASHS) delivered strong performances on the piste at the Philippine Fencing Association (PFA) 2nd Leg Junior and Cadet Ranking Competition held last June in Ormoc City, Leyte, earning medals in their respective events. (Following their names in parentheses are their sections from School Year 2024-2025.)
Mairon Moulic (11-Owen) claimed gold in the Cadet Men’s Sabre and silver in the Junior Men’s Sabre categories. Hannah Belarmino (11-Perez) secured a silver medal in Junior Women’s Foil and a bronze in Cadet Women’s Foil. Matthew General (11-Owen) took silver in Cadet Men’s Sabre, while Derek Perez (11-Hoyos) earned bronze in Cadet Men’s Foil.
The Ateneo Fencing Team is proudly coached by Edward Daliva, Rebekah Reyno, Rupert Endriano, and Alex Ragot.
The PFA 2nd Leg Junior and Cadet Ranking Competition was held on 3-4 June 2025 at the Ormoc Super Dome in Ormoc City, Leyte.
