Grade 7 junior golfer Javie Bautista is Asian Qualifier Class C champ; will rep PH in Malaysia Int'l Junior Open

Champion junior golfer Javie Bautista (7-Andlauer) has won two titles and placed third in three recent prestigious golfing tournaments.
On 26 October 2024, he emerged as the Champion of the NGAP (National Golf Association of the Philippines) and JGFP (Junior Golf Foundation of the Philippines) Malaysian International Junior Open Qualifying Tournament held at Royal Northwoods Golf and Country Club in Bulacan. Having placed 1st in his division (Class C aged 10-12), Javie has qualified to compete in the tournament in Malaysia on 20-22 November 2024.
On 1-4 October 2024, at the Country Club Golf Course in Laguna, Javie placed 3rd in the ICTSI JPGT (Junior Philippine Golf Tour) National Match Play Finals. With this win in the most prestigious golf tournament for top junior golfers, Javie is considered one of the Top 3 Filipino Junior Golfers nationwide in the Class C division.
Last but not least, Javie also emerged as the 2024 Class C boys’ division Champion of the JGFP Asian Qualifier held from 14-16 August at the Cebu Country Club. With this title, Javie has topped the boys’ Class C division of Visayas’ junior golfers.
