AGS Born-2015 team is RIFA 2nd Phase Football Champion; Ethan Macol is MVP

Ateneo de Manila Grade School's Midgets F/ Born-2015 football team emerged as champion of its age group in the RIFA 2nd Phase Football Tournament held on 13 April 2024. Rostered in the team are Matteo Bartolome (3-Pinatubo), Marcus Bonto (3-Daraitan), Jace Go (3-Makiling), Joaquin Lapitan (2-Mulawin), Sid Leal (2-Tanguile), Ethan Macol (3-Mayon), Jacob Monsanto (3-Matutum), Jaden Omadto (3-Bulusan), Dustin Ramos (3-Pinatubo), Ethan San Diego (3-Banahaw), Luke Tadeo (3-Mayon), Thomas Tan (2-Guijo), Andre Templo (2-Guijo), and Patrick Tiotuyco (3-Daraitan).
In addition, Ethan Macol was named MVP.
The boys were coached by Erwin Mallorca (head) and Sean Alli (assistant).
The born-2015 Blue Eagles demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork in the tournament, securing victories against formidable opponents such as Ateneo B (Born 2016), Hedcen, Colegio San Agustin, and Claret.
The games were held in the Moro Lorenzo field of Ateneo de Manila’s Loyola Heights campus in Quezon City.
