AGS-powered Go Hard Elite tops 2 basketball tourneys; Mabigat wins 2 MVP titles

Go Hard Elite emerged as champion of two (2) recent basketball tournaments: the Hotshots Basketball Season 6 Developmental League concluded on April 20, and the CityHoops Basketball League’s “Beat the Heat” Tournament concluded on May 14, 2023.
Eight of the team’s players are from Ateneo de Manila Grade School, with their sections in School Year 2022-2023 following their names in parentheses: Enrique Fernandez (5-Maranaw), Karl Gandionco (5-Tagbanwa), Julian German (4-Sumakwel), Pierce Ibuyan (5-Mangyan), Jacob Liwanag (5-Talaandig), Marion Mabigat (5-Ivatan), Gavin Manlutac (5-Ivatan), and Manolo Pasion (5-Ifugao).
In addition, Marion Mabigat took home three awards at the conclusion of the “Beat The Heat” tournament: he was a Mythical Five selection and the recipient of both the Season MVP and Finals MVP awards.
The venue for the CityHoops tournament was Victoria Sports Tower in Quezon City while the Hotshots games were played in Lourdes School of Mandaluyong.
