Alonzo Pasion wins gold in onsite national tkd tilt

Ateneo de Manila Junior High School jins Alonzo Pasion (Pamplona/10-Yuki) and Lucas Llarena (Cardoner/9-Baldinucci) won medals in each of two onsite taekwondo competitions held last October at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. In the National Inter-school Taekwondo Championships held on October 1 & 2, Pasion grabbed gold while Llarena bagged bronze. A week later, at the Smart/MVPSF National Carlos Palanca Jr. (CPJ) Taekwondo Championships held on October 8 & 9, Llarena secured silver while Pasion earned bronze. The CPJ competition was a national sparring taekwondo tournament open only to black belts.
