Boom Domingo wins 2 golds at int’l online poomsae competition

Ateneo de Manila Junior High School taekwondo jin Boom Domingo (La Storta/10-Garnier) won three medal awards and placed fifth in two online poomsae competitions held in July 2021. At the DG Asian Taekwondo Open Poomsae Championship held on July 31, he won gold for the pair category, another gold for the team category, and a silver for the individual category. At the 1st Teguh Taekwondo International Open Poomsae Championships held from July 29 - 31, his team placed fifth in the mixed team division.
The DG competition was hosted by two-time Olympian Donnie Geisler (DG) and organized by DG Taekwondo Philippines and Ong Taekwondo US. It attracted 159 participants from Australia, Indonesia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Slovenia, and USA.
The 1st Teguh Taekwondo International Open Poomsae Online Championships were organized in Malaysia and attracted 600 participants from Southeast Asia and other parts of the world.
