BS REnt class of 2025 presents innovative degustation concepts

On 25 January, the graduating class of Ateneo's BS REnt program presented their innovative degustation concepts as part of their final requirement for the Business Plan Implementation in the Hospitality Industry course.
The students showcased the following creative ideas:
SONATA: A multisensory degustation experience where the rich flavors of Italian cuisine harmonize with the elegance and movement of a Sonata, creating a symphony for the senses.
ORYZA: A tasting menu that narrates a farmer's journey through the medium of rice, with each dish unfolding a chapter of resilience, tradition, and transformation.
MAUKA: A tasting menu inspired by the spirit of Hawaii, where each dish embodies a part of the island’s story, reflecting its vibrant culture and the seamless flow of flavors from the shores to the mountains.
These unique concepts were presented to an esteemed panel of industry experts, including BS RENT Program Director, Chef Annalisa Margarita Mariano-Diaz, and Corporate Executive Chef of BoosterFoods Inc. (Key Coffee) Chef Mianne Manguiat.
