“Salubong,” a Filipino word meaning to welcome or to meet, perfectly captures the spirit of this trimester’s Orientation Seminar (OrSem) at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Designed to introduce new students to AGSB’s core values and resources, the OrSem is a meaningful first encounter between the AGSB community and its newest members.
Through Salubong, students embark on their graduate school journey not merely as individuals pursuing an academic degree, but as part of a mission-driven community of leaders and learners, deeply rooted in Ignatian values.
