Chef Cyrille Soenen and I welcomed new Chef Julien Bispo to Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo de Manila (LCBA) last 23 October.
Chef Julien will teach diploma courses in pastries. He prepared croissants for us that afternoon - which were easily the best crossiants I've tasted. LCBA will also be offering short courses.
