- Opportunity to participate in the activities of the Ateneo Center for Economic Research and Development (ACERD) specifically related to the Mindanao-focused publication and research initiatives of the School of Social Sciences (SOSS).
- Instruction in Mindanao socio-economic, cultural, environmental, peace and development concerns through elective and cognate courses specifically designed through interdisciplinary collaboration with faculty members who have interests in the island region

ADMISSIONS
- 2023-2024 Application procedures and online forms are available at lsgrad.ateneo.edu
- Deadline for International applicants (Non-Philippine Passport holders) is March 15, 2023. Deadline for Filipino applicants is May 10, 2023.
Regular Track Program - This track is for candidates who already have an M.A. in Economics. Students without sufficient background are required to enroll in M.A. courses before proceeding to the Ph.D. courses. Transferees are accepted if they fulfill eligibility requirements. Students are required to complete 51 graduate units, covering Ph.D. required courses, two specializations, cognates, workshops, and dissertation research.
