Mission and Social Development Updates
40 Days of Lent: Day 20
"Christ spent his life on earth to be with us, to understand us deeply and to love us completely. With our awareness of our habitual and favorite sins or mistakes, may we realize as well the truth that gives reason for our renewal: no matter how many times we repeat our failings, the Lord will continue to forgive and provide us new chances. God’s love is wider, deeper and more encompassing than any of our shortcomings. "
40 Days of Lent: Day 21
"What challenges are you facing these days? What difficulties do you need to overcome? What are those that disturb your peace? You may name them so you can better face them. And as you make the resolve to push forward and win over what may be in your way, lean on the Lord as well. "
40 Days of Lent: Day 22
"What crucial decisions led you to how you are at present? Which directions you took turned you to be where you are today? Hopefully, when we recall such moments, we feel peace and contentment that we are where it is best for us. "
