19 May 2025: Updates from AJHS-OAS

Updates for GRADE 7 SY 2025-2026 APPLICANTS

FOR APPEALS: Those who submitted their final card copy on or before May 15 and AGS applicants who submitted appeals can view the results of their appeals through Ateneo Edusuite for Admissions starting on Tuesday, May 20 at 10:00 AM. 

The instructions for ONLINE ENROLLMENT for all accepted applicants will be sent by the Office of the Registrar before enrollment period begins on May 26. Fees will be indicated in that email. 

The Assistant Principal for Administration will also send a memo for student services matters: Uniform, ID, bus service, cafeteria services. 

Grade 7 students will begin SY 2025-2026 with orientation sessions from July 24-25. Parents will have an online orientation session on July 24 (please wait for the memo from the Principal’s Office). Regular classes for all levels will start on July 28. 

Updates for GRADES 8-9 SY 2025-2026 APPLICANTS

Deliberations are still ongoing for transfer applicants. Acceptance is highly dependent on available slots for these grade levels for the coming SY. Some applicants will be called for an ONSITE INTERVIEW in the next few days. Please wait for updates to be posted on our webpage and FB page.
