Mauka was born out of deep reflection, collaboration, and heart. Crafted by a group of graduating students from the BS Restaurant Entrepreneurship program, it was more than just a degustation — it was an homage to the islands, to a culture that is not their own but respected, and a culmination of their experiences.
From late nights of planning to the rhythm of service, each detail was a labor of love. As we close this chapter, we carry with us the warmth of your smiles, the echo of your applause, and the aloha that made this voyage unforgettable.
