Pianist Renzo Nicomedes wins silver in MNL Music Prix

Talented Ateneo de Manila Grade School pianist Renzo Nicomedes (6-Gonzaga) recently won silver in the Piano Juniors category of the MNL Music Prix 2024 held on 27 October 2024 at Sounds Kradle Inc. in Quezon City.
Seven months ago, he won 3rd place in the Filipino Works category of the Piano Competition 2024’s A2 bracket for 10- to 12-year-olds. The national competition was held at Saint Paul University in Manila on 14 April 2024.
Renzo is also a bemedaled student athlete who has been winning medals in taekwondo since he was in grade 1. Last school year, he was vice captain of the AGS Taekwondo varsity and won three golds, one silver, and one bronze in various competitions. This year, he is serving as the team captain.
