This August, The Half-Life of Marie Curie by Lauren Gunderson will make its Philippine debut at the Areté. Get ready for a story of female friendship, resilience, courage, and empowerment to grace the Ateneo stage.
The show is directed by esteemed Fulbright specialist and Italian director, Kiara Pipino, and features award-winning actresses Missy Maramara and Caisa Borromeo.
The Half-Life of Marie Curie is about two women overcoming the gendered violence that belittles their contributions to the scientific world. It is a story that highlights humanity in the sciences and hope in the power of friendship.
The show will run at The Doreen Black Box Theater in Aretè on the following show dates:
