Ateneo CORD and ACSEnt hold workshop on Organization Development for Social Enterprises

As part of its 50th anniversary celebrations, the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD) and the Ateneo Center for Social Entrepreneurship (ACSEnt) successfully concluded a workshop on Organization Development (OD) tailored specifically for social enterprises (SEs). Held from May 27 to 31 at the Ateneo de Manila University, the event brought together social entrepreneurs, representatives/leaders of organizations supporting SEs, and experts to explore strategies for enhancing organizational health and achieving sustainable social impact.
The partnership between CORD and ACSEnt showcased a synergy of expertise in organization development and social entrepreneurship. CORD's deep knowledge in organization effectiveness and positive change, combined with ACSEnt's dedication to empowering social enterprises, provided a unique and enriching experience for the participants.
Workshop Highlights
Over the five days, participants engaged in a dynamic and interactive program that blended theoretical insights with practical applications. These included topics on the foundations of OD, organization diagnosis, interventions, and change management as well as case studies and resource speakers who enriched the participants learning experience and understanding.
