Oblea secures silver in nat’l TKD tourney

Ateneo de Manila taekwondo jin Teddy Oblea (5-Tausug) recently secured the silver medal in the 2023 Milo Taekwondo Championships. Competing for the Ateneo Grade School Taekwondo Varsity Team under coach Joey Paja, Teddy's exceptional display featured three match victories that propelled him to the championship round.
The national competition attracted around 1,500 participants from all over the country, and was held on August 12-13 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay in Parañaque City.
