Winners of ASHS Research Engagement announced

On 11 May 2023, the Ateneo de Manila Senior High School Research Subject Area awarded the winners of ASHARE, the Ateneo Senior High School Academic Research Engagement. Held on 28 April 2023, ASHARE gave our Grade 11 students the opportunity to showcase research projects which best addressed the four priority areas of Ateneo de Manila University. The students presented their work via a poster presentation or an oral presentation. The poster presentation was a batch-wide competition, while the oral presentation was a strand-wide competition for each of the ABM, GA, HumSS, and STEM strands. Here are the winners of the competition:

1)	"An expository study on the best practices of Potato Corner during the COVID-19 pandemic: Insights and recommendations of Potato Corner franchisees" by Agriam, Banocnoc, Cataluña, Hong, and Isabelo

2)	“An Inquiry on the Insights of Customers on the Role of Automation in the Food Industry: The Case of Jollibee’s Jollibots” by Almeda, Arididon, De Quiroz, Diga, Dizon, and Gonzales

3)	“An Inquiry on the Perception of the Marikina Shoemakers on the Digitalization Efforts of the Marikina Shoe Industry” by Angeles, David, Garcia, Gatuslao, Guela, and Guevara

4)	"Drawing The Line: Student-Teacher Interactions and The Well-Being of Educators in ASHS" by Raypon, Reyes, Santiago, Souza, Tayzon, and Zamudio

5)	"A Personal Assessment on the Effectivity of HyFlex Learning on the Learning Attitudes of Senior High School Students in a Private Jesuit Institution" by Bantilan, Batac, Cruz, Herrera, Jobog, Lee, and Lopez

"The Changes in Traditional Learning as a Result of Online Pedagogy and Its Effects on Student Engagement" by Quizon, Sison, Tiambeng, Tible, Tumang, Uy, and Viray

7)	"The Influence of Memes on the Political Views of 15-17 Year-Old Filipino Teenagers" by Almonte, Balmaceda, Calunod, De Quiroz, Del Rosario, and Espiritu

8)	"Exploring Social Media Remarks Towards Unreliable Information on Facebook: An Analysis of Facebook Comments on the 2022 Philippine National Election Campaign Season" by Aninipo, Belarmino, Chua, De Jesus, Eduarte, Enrique, and Ferrer

9)	“Dami Mong Alam: A Comprehensive Analysis on the Influence of the Underlying Stereotypes in Science High School to its Students" by Maxino, Sy, Tabag, Umayam, Uytingban, Viray, and Yu

“A Retrospective Evaluation of the Efficacy of COVID-19 Measures through a Spatio-Temporal Analysis of COVID-19 Growth throughout Regions within NCR, Philippines" by Cho, Hernandez, Lomangaya, Orano, and Sazon

11)	“A Study on the Use of Banana Peel-Based Utensils Containing Native Tree Seeds to Aid Reforestation in Mine Sites Across the Philippines" by Angeles, Centino, Cortez, Dimalanta, Gardoce, Guevara, and Lauricio

"The Correlation Between Transportation & Travel Time and ASHS Students' Performance and Well-being" by Almario, Balderama, Caro, Casaje, Camacho, and Lim

"The Adjustments of Parents as Primary Educators for Children in Special Education during the Online Learning Setup" by Angel, Gabriel, Goco, Hernandez, Jacaria, and Lee
