AGS is QC baseball division meet champ

The baseball team of Ateneo de Manila Grade School won the Quezon City Division Meet held on March 11-12, 2023, at Marist School in Marikina City. The Blue Eagles won against Balara Elementary School, 5-4, in the championship game.
The members of Team Ateneo are Axl Alingog (4-Marikudo), Nicco Arrubio (6-Regis), Kyle Baltazar (4-Diego Silang), Josh Gonzalez (5-Subanon), Win Ignacio (5-Yakan), Aiden Lazaro (4-Diego Silang), Makisig Mijares (5-Talaandig), Eliam Mojica (5-Ifugao), Rafa Orata (6-Xavier), Qio Sevilla (6-Campion), Diego Silva (4-Rajah Matanda), and Neil Vinluan (5-Tausug). They are coached by Buboy Dizer and Bubut Dizer.
Also participating in the division meet was the team from Manuel Quezon Elementary, whose batters lost to Balara Elementary in the first game.
As division champions, the Blue Eagles will represent Quezon City at next month’s NCR Meet for the opportunity to advance and represent NCR in Palarong Pambansa 2023.
