IRELAND – The Health Services Executive (HSE) has apologized after experiencing a data breach involving the personal information of vulnerable children with disabilities. The children’s details (age, gender, and their disabilities) were inadvertently emailed outside the organization, including the addresses and contact numbers of the 21 families they belong to.
