Jimbo Bernardo wins gold for Math in PIMSO national round

Three Ateneo de Manila Senior High School students won awards in the senior secondary division of the Philippine International Math and Science Olympics (PIMSO) national rounds that were held online on June 26, 2022. In the Math competition, recent graduate Jimbo Bernardo (12-Pro in School Year 2021-2022) won the gold award, while current student Sophia Lee (12-Xavier) secured the silver award. In the Science competition, recent graduate Harvey Allen Ylanan (12-Sullivan in SY 2021-2022) bagged bronze.
Students who have won gold/ silver/ bronze awards in the PIMSO-Math National Round and/or the PIMSO-Science National Round are invited to compete in the PIMSO International Finals.
Organized and facilitated by International Champions in Education (ICE), Inc., PIMSO aims to promote excellence and proficiency in Mathematics and Science through friendly global competition among its country partners.
