UNITED STATES –  A student of Northwest Missouri State University has been charged with the felony invasion of privacy for allegedly filming other students without their consent. NEWS | Installation of CCTVs in classroom violates right to privacy

INDIA – The Delhi High Court has asked the Delhi government to respond to a petition challenging its decision to install CCTV cameras inside classrooms and to allow livestreaming of footage by parents. The case was filed by the Delhi Parents and Government School Teachers’ Association. According to the petitioners, the installation of cameras inside classrooms sans consent is a violation of the fundamental right to privacy. READ HERE
