The John Gokongwei School of Management is in the business of developing people who see themselves looking for gaps in the marketplace.

It is in the business of teaching those who envision themselves mobilizing resources, taking calculated risks and developing new products and services. It is in the business of research that answers questions like why companies do the things they do.

But the JGSOM is not just about business per se. In line with the Jesuit tradition, we aspire to produce entrepreneurs and business leaders for others. The mission of JGSOM is to shape our students into business leaders who can respond to the needs of tomorrow’s world.
