What are Enrollment Requirements?
These are documents that are required to be submitted by the new student (duly admitted) so they can be allowed to enroll.
This includes:
- Official Transfer Credentials - a Transcript of Records with the remarks "Copy for Ateneo De Manila University-Graduate School of Business"
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)/National Statistics Office (NSO) printed/hard copy of the Birth Certificate — not electronic copy (e-copy)
- For a married female, PSA/NSO printed/hard copy of the Marriage Certificate — not e-copy
- Attendance at the Freshmen Orientation Seminar (ORSEM)
How to apply for a Student ID?
Email a scanned JPEG copy of your 2x2 ID picture with a red background to registrar.gsb@ateneo.edu. Make sure to rename the file to STUDENTNUMBER_LASTNAME.jpg before sending.
When to get a Request Letter for Transfer Credentials for your previous school?
After a new student enrolled the first time around, they need to email registrar.gsb@ateneo.edu to request for a Transfer Credential Letter.
How to enroll?
The process of enrollment can be found in the Registration Memo being issued by the Office of the University Registrar every term/trimester. It is posted in the AGSB Website prior every preregistration period under News and Announcements.
Can I pay my tuition outside of the campus?
You may pay your tuition through one of our partner banks and institutions.

What are my log-in credentials in the Student Information System (Student Access Module)?
If you are a first time enrollee you will be using your Applicant ID Number as your username and the default password is your birthdate in MMDDYY format.
I am a newly paid student (first time to enroll), where do I get my log-in credentials?
Kindly wait for the IT Support email (itsupport@ateneo.edu), this will provide you with the following information:
- Permanent Student ID number
- Canvas log-in details
Where can I get my Official Receipt (OR) for tuition payment?
You need to contact the Cashier's Office c/o jssoriano@ateneo.edu.
How long does the posting of the paid courses take effect?
If the payment is made through a credit card, the payment is confirmed immediately.
If the payment is made through OTC (Over-the-Counter) bank transfer, the Cashier's Office will coznfirm the payment in 1-2 business days.
Where do I request for a Certification of the Tuition Fees Paid?
You can request this through the Accounting Office, c/o Sheen Landagan-Floralde at slandagan@ateneo.edu.
What core course/s can I take with my last pre-MBA course?
Ideally, you can enroll your last pre-MBA course (e.g., METRES) with either one or two of the following core courses: ETHICS, LEADER, or PRIMAN.
Take note though that due to system limitations, you can only enroll in your last pre-MBA course during online enrollment.
If you are taking additional course/s (ETHICS, LEADER, or PRIMAN), you need to request for a Direct Registration (DR) by going to the Registrar Online Services portal and clicking on Request for Direct Registration.
What do I need to do to request for curricular exception?
(Skip a prerequisite for a valid reason, e.g., enroll in FINMAN without taking MANACC)
You need to coordinate with the Administrative Department for the evaluation and approval of the Department Chair.

Who gives grades?
The professor submits the grades through the Student Information System (SIS).
How to file for a Leave of Absence (LOA)?
Open your browser and go to the Registrar Online Services portal. Then click on File for an Official Leave of Absence.
When and how to apply for a Graduation Clearance?
When the student grades are already submitted by the professor and are already visible in the Student Information System, the student can already apply by going to the Registrar Onine Services portal and clicking on Apply for Graduation Clearance.
What are Graduation Credentials?
These are documents that a student gets upon graduation, namely: (1) Latin Diploma, (2) English Translation of the Diploma, (3) TOR, and for Regis graduates (4) Regis Certificate.
