What are the differences between the MBA programs?

MBA Standard: Designed for young professionals with at least two years of work experience who want to develop their managerial and leadership skills. It offers flexible pacing in terms of subject load.

MBA Middle Managers: Designed for individuals with mid-level management backgrounds seeking to advance their careers within their current organizations or take on leadership roles in various industries.

Ateneo-Regis MBA: Tailored for professionals with extensive leadership experience who aspire to take on executive-level roles or transition into strategic leadership positions. This program is fast-paced, hands-on, and uses interactive methods.

MBA in Health: Intended for managers and leaders in the healthcare sector.

What is the difference between the MBA and MEnt programs?

The MBA and MEnt programs cater to different student profiles. The MBA programs are designed for leadership and management development within corporate settings. The Master in Entrepreneurship program is ideal for entrepreneurs looking to drive significant growth and innovation within their enterprises.

Student Profile 

Designed for real-life entrepreneurs who own or manage businesses and are seeking to drive growth and innovation.

Tailored for employees in corporate settings aiming for leadership and management development.

Program Design

A comprehensive learning-by-doing program anchored on the three masteries: self, enterprise, and environment.

A holistic leadership and management development program with specific learning outcomes, activities, and assignments focused on broadening management skills.

Program Delivery

Duration of 18 months with classes held three days a week.

Varies from 1-3 years depending on the program, offered on a part-time basis to accommodate working professionals.

Basis for graduation

Graduation is based on achieving the 6 Ps (with equivalent grades) — Profitability, Productivity, Professionalism, People Upliftment (for the enterprise) and Paradigm Shift, Personal Transformation (for the entrepreneur) — and the successful defense of a 5-year business plan.

Graduation requires passing grades on all subjects and the successful defense of the Strategic Management (STRAMA) course.
