Boys and Girls currently enrolled as a Grade 1 student for SY 2024 - 2025 in an elementary school duly recognized by the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd.) are eligible to apply.
They must meet the following criteria in their latest report card with LRN (2nd Quarter) signed by the Registrar/Principal:
a passing mark in all subjects
a general average of 78% or higher and
conduct marks of 85%, B+, or its equivalent
For Grades 3 - 6: ONLY Male student applicants
Only BOYS currently enrolled as a Grade 2 - 5 student for SY 2024 - 2025 in an elementary school duly recognized by the Philippine Department of Education (DepEd.) are eligible to apply.

What are the requirements for Transferee applicants to School Year 2025-2026?
The SCANNED COPY of the applicant's following documents must be ready:
Digital image of applicant’s most recent 2 x 2 picture (colored, with white background)
Applicant’s birth certificate (PSA/NSO copy)
Latest report card with LRN (2nd Quarter) and the signature of the Registrar/Principal
Applicant’s certificate of enrollment for SY 2024 - 2025 in the current school, whether the school is in the Philippines or outside the country (front and back pages)
Accomplished Online Recommendation Forms are forwarded automatically by our system to the email address of your nominated recommenders, filled out by the recommender, and submitted back to our Edusuite Admissions system
If the applicant is NOT a Filipino citizen, please also submit:
☐ Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
☐ Student Foreign Passport (bio page)
☐ Visa
For applicants with dual citizenship, kindly submit a scanned copy of anyof the four documents below:
☐ Valid Philippine passport
☐ Certificate of Naturalization
☐ Certificate of Re-Acquisition of Filipino Citizenship
☐ Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino Citizen from the Bureau of Immigration
How much is the application fee?
The Transferee application fee is Php 1,000. You may pay via our accredited payment channels Paybiz and Ateneo Webpay online payment portal.
Note: Transferee application payments in Grades 3-6 are only for BOYS. Payments for female applicants will NOT be processed.
How do we apply?
All transferee submissions are done online.
Pay the application fee as an initial step. Payment confirmation will take approximately 2 - 3 working days.
Step-by-step instructions on how to input needed information and upload pertinent documents are in the portal. Once the online application is done, the submitted information and documents will be processed. After verification of information and documents, the applicants will be given a schedule for on-site testing.
