Job Title: Program Officer for the Lily Gokongwei Ngochua Leadership Academy (The Lily)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Program Officer assists in managing the programs and initiatives of The Lily.
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or their equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good people skills
• Good at the effective use of social media for the benefit of the center
• Ability to put systems in organizing materials for the center
• Ability to document and track financial transactions of the center
• Willing to learn new skills

 JOB SUMMARY

• Assists the Coordinator and Executive Director in managing the programs and initiatives of The Lily, particularly in attending to logistical needs and documentation
• Organizes and manages the social media and web presence of The Lily
• Assists in the development of materials for the programs and initiatives, including information and communication materials as may be needed
• Prepares reports in consultation with the Coordinator and/or Executive Director
• Performs other duties as may be necessary
