I am pleased to announce the selection of

ATTY LEILA M DE LIMA
as
Commencement Speaker for the Class of 2025

Last year, the Ateneo de Manila Board of Trustees resolved to confer the honorary Doctor in Sociology on Atty de Lima. The honorary degree shall be conferred on Atty de Lima during the Higher Education-wide Commencement Rites on 20 June 2025. The Commencement Address shall be delivered right after the conferment ceremony.

We hope that our graduates will be inspired by Atty De Lima’s example of courage and faith in her mission and service to the people.
