I would like to inform the community that Dr Raphael A Guerrero, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering, will be on leave from 12 – 27 October 2023 to present a paper and attend the technical sessions at the Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE) Optifab 2023 in Rochester, New York, USA.

     The following will be the officers-in-charge during this period:

     Chair, Department of Electronics, Computer, and
     Communications Engineering                                                                21 to 27October
