In line with the revised guidelines of IATF come August 1, the University enjoins its employees to adhere to the revised guidelines on full onsite work as attached.
With reference to the earlier released Memo U2223-013 Update No. 2: Guidelines for Health Protocols and Campus Access, we require all employees to accomplish and submit for one-time only the Declaration and Undertaking Form found on this link: https://go.ateneo.edu/health-undertaking-employees.
