The Loyola Schools Community Co-Responsibility and Co-Accountability Undertaking for Limited Face-to-Face Classes (OVPLS Memo)

In light of the memo to the LS community released last April 25, 2022 on Modes of Teaching and Learning for SY 2022-2023, all are enjoined to sign and submit the Co-Responsibility and Co-Accountability Undertaking once prior to the beginning of the school year or semester in which students or employees start their study or work, respectively. This Undertaking aims to ensure our shared responsibility of protecting the health of everyone within the Loyola Schools and in the wider community.  It serves to supplement our existing responsibilities as articulated in the pertinent University and Loyola Schools policies.
