Subject :          AISIS Downtime for Maintenance

As we prepare to jump to the “next possible”, please be advised that AISIS and its related systems will be offline on:

                              Saturday, 28 May 2022, 9PM, until Sunday, 29 May 2022, 9PM

During this time, the systems will be migrated to a cloud hosting facility to improve their reliability. Post migration, AISIS will be accessible again via the same links and URLs.

We have endeavored to thoroughly test and validate this migration with the help of ITRMO and OMIS. However, like any migration project, unplanned and unforeseen issues may arise. For this, we ask for your understanding in the coming days as we continue to iron out wrinkles that may be discovered in this totally new server environment. We encourage you to report any issue you may encounter starting next week to omis.ls@ateneo.edu so that we can address them promptly.
