RE: BACK IN PLACE: HEALTH DECLARATION FORM AND TEMPERATURE CHECK PROTOCOLS
Hello everyone! I hope things are going well in our F2F and online classes despite us being confronted with an increasingly more humid physical environment.
On the limited face-to-face classes, we recently received guidelines from the City Mayor of the Quezon City Local Government Unit. Among these are related to health and safety protocols.
In compliances with the QCLGU guidelines, the Loyola Schools is putting back in place the following procedures for students and employees in the Loyola Schools: (a) filling out of the Health Declaration Form as a pre-requisite to entry and (b) temperature check upon entry and in buildings that require this practice.
Please note that these protocols will resume starting Monday, 28th March 2022. They will be in place until such time when the QCLGU will lift the implementation of these in view of improved health and safety conditions as guided by the appropriate government regulating agencies.
I wish everyone continuous blessings!
