The Next Phase of What is Possible (OVPLS Memo)
12 Feb 2022 | Office of the Vice President for the Loyola Schools
MEMO TO: Loyola Schools Community
MEMO FROM: [Sgd.] Maria Luz C Vilches, PhD
Vice-President
SUBJECT: THE NEXT PHASE OF WHAT IS POSSIBLE
Welcome back to the Loyola Schools onsite!
After nearly two years, we are ready to begin our return to campus albeit in a gradual, safe, and well-informed manner. Through the collaborative efforts of a group comprised of dedicated and hardworking members of our community, the classrooms, offices, and common areas have been prepared to receive you.
You may have read by now the Registrar’s Office memo, released earlier today, that contains a list of face-to-face classes and their timetables. As we all start to settle into the next phase of what is possible, I am certain that you have a myriad of questions awaiting answers. You’d be glad to know that possible responses may be found in the two sets of FAQs that we have compiled. We hope to help you ease your way into our back-to-campus scenario.
For the students in the face-to-face classes, you can find the FAQs here -
go.ateneo.edu/LSStudents-FAQReturntoCampus.
For faculty, professionals, staff, and administrators, the pertinent FAQs can be found here -
go.ateneo.edu/LSEmployees-FAQReturntoCampus.
As with all things with moving parts, what you find now in these FAQs can be modified, depending on university as well as government protocols and regulations in response to the health and safety situation in our society. Expect updates and changes. It may do you well to keep abreast of all developments through the LS One return to campus portal-
go.ateneo.edu/LSOneReturnToCampus.
Let’s navigate this ‘next possible’ with enthusiasm that is filled with courage, tempered by vigilance, and not found wanting in hope. All shall be well!
