Is there a registration fee?
  • No, there is no registration fee collected. All lectures are free of charge
Are the lectures open to the public?
  • Yes, the lectures are open to the public. Please register through our Registration page.
I registered already, but I did not receive any webinar link.
  • Please expect to receive the webinar link one (1) day before the webinar (at the latest). Please be patient with us as we try our best to serve you. If you still did not receive the webinar link by 6 PM (GMT+8) the day before the lecture, please contact us
Why do you need my consent to be recorded?
  • We need your consent to be recorded because we may use our lecture recordings for educational and/or promotional purposes. We will ask for your consent once you register
I missed the lecture. Can I find it online?
I have questions and comments on the lecture, but the open forum quickly ended. Can I contact the speaker?
  • You may direct your questions and comments to us at hello.hlsonline@gmail.com. We will relay your message to the speaker and inform you of their reply (if any). 
Can I get slides of the lecture?
  • No, we cannot release the slides of the lecturer, but you can still view them via their recorded lectures (if it is available) in our Past Lectures page. 
Can I get the video of the lecture?
  • All lecture recordings are copyright protected. Please email us at hello.hlsonline@gmail.com to get proper permission to use our lecture recordings
Will I get an event certificate for attending?
  • No, there will be no certificates distributed.
