Formator Assignments of Student Organizations for SY 2025-2026

Effective 1 June 2025, I have assumed the role of Director of the Office of Student Activities of Undergraduate Higher Education (College). With this movement, my former role as Student Affairs Professional (Formator) has since been vacant. We are already working towards finding a suitable replacement to take on the Formator position, but while we are currently undergoing the process, we will temporarily assign the organizations that were formerly under my care to the remaining Formators. Once the new Formator has been onboarded into our team, the organizations will be reassigned to the new personnel. In addition, we are also assigning the two Sanggunian Arms that were previously under the care of the OSA Director to two separate Formators. Unlike the temporary assignments of the accredited student organizations, the assignments of the two Sanggunian Arms shall take effect for the entirety of School Year 2025-2026.

These assignments will take effect beginning 1 July 2025, Tuesday. 

Rest assured that we will keep each organization updated on the date and all other details with regard to the reassignment to the new OSA Formator. But while the process is ongoing, you may begin connecting with your new assigned Formator by 1 July.
