6 May 2025 Update from ASHS-OAS Re: Adjustment of Confirmation Fee Payment Period

6 May 2025 update from ASHS-OAS

Dear Parents, Legal Guardians, and Applicants,
Good day.
Please be informed that the confirmation fee payment schedule for ACCEPTED Grade 11 (School Year 2025–2026) applicants will now run from Thursday, May 8 to Wednesday, May 14, 2025, instead of the originally announced schedule of May 7 to May 14. We kindly ask that you strictly follow this updated schedule. Please do not make any payments before May 8, as doing so may cause issues—our system will only be set up to accept payments during the stated period.
Additionally, confirmation fee payment instructions will be sent today, May 6, 2025, to accepted applicants. The same instructions will be sent tomorrow, May 7, 2025, to the registered recipient of the Official Guardian Notification Email.
We request that both the applicant and their parents or legal guardians carefully read and follow the instructions provided in the email regarding the payment process.
