10 Feb 2025 Update from AJHS-OAS

LAST CALL for upload of the original requirement of the FIRST GRADING PERIOD MARKS* for GRADE 6! This is the SECOND UPDATE of this announcement, as posted on this webpage and on our AJHS FB page.

*This is the original requirement for application, but was given a late upload option because the first term marks were not yet available for most schools during the application period (September-December 2024).

1. Thank you to those who already uploaded the First Grading period marks during the application period; you do not need to upload the most recent copy of the card. The field for the card is already filled and if it has been verified, there is no need to upload another copy.

2. Those who have not uploaded ANY Grade 6 card should upload the MOST RECENT COPY. Most schools already finished their Second or Third grading period at this point. Since the SY is not yet over, we will accept the UNOFFICIAL COPY, as long as the applicant’s details (Name, Grade Level, School, etc.) are indicated on the said copy.

Deliberations have already started, so all applicants are already in FOR DELIBERATION status on Ateneo Edusuite. If the applicant has INCOMPLETE REQUIREMENTS during this deliberation period, their evaluation will be deferred, or set aside, if no upload is made. Please help the committee evaluate your child/ward accordingly by submitting ALL REQUIREMENTS.

The deadline for the uploading of cards is FEBRUARY 15. Results will be released through Ateneo Edusuite in March. Monitor this webpage and our AJHS FB page for the exact date of release of results.
