Ateneo de Manila University, AEWU successfully conclude CBA negotiations

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations between Ateneo de Manila University and Ateneo Employees and Workers Union for the 2024–2027 cycle.

The agreement, formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) executed on 18 December 2024, was reached following extensive discussions between the Parties.

Key items agreed upon include adjustments in salary rates, union security, and bereavement assistance. Both parties have demonstrated goodwill and cooperation in finalizing the terms, which prioritize the well-being of employees while supporting the University’s operational sustainability and goals.

The full implementation of the new CBA will take effect upon its ratification by the members of the bargaining unit.
