It emphasizes aligning projects with developmental goals while ensuring sustainability beyond donor support. Participants engage in hands-on exercises and in-depth discussions, applying proven tools and methodologies to enhance project success and long-term impact. Combining academic rigor with real-world applications, the course bridges theory and practice to build capacity for driving meaningful change managing public sector projects.

Prof Manolito “Chito” A. Novales, core faculty of ASoG, led the course as the primary facilitator, blending theoretical principles with practical project management insights, alongside Ms Mary Jane D Ilejay-Baldago, whose extensive experience in managing projects, particularly social enterprises, enriched the sessions. During the closing ceremony, tokens of appreciation were handed and Certificates of Completion were presented to the participants. In his closing remarks, Dr Philip Arnold P Tuaño, Dean of ASoG, praised the participants for their commitment and encouraged them to apply the skills and insights gained from the three-day course.
