Hey, Atenean Foodies! New elective opportunity ready for you
The BS Restaurant Entrepreneurship program is excited to announce the launch of OPMAN 123: Global Cuisine (Lab), now open to ALL undergraduate students as an elective! Ready to expand your culinary expertise? This hands-on course will take you through practical and demo lab sessions, teaching techniques for creating diverse international dishes such as Seafood Paella from Spain, Mushroom Risotto from Italy, and Butter Chicken with Roti from India.
Embark on the full culinary journey. Combine this course with Wine Fundamentals to complete a Major Elective requirement for JGSOM students! The class will be mentored by the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo de Manila kitchen team led by Technical Director and Master Chef Cyrille Soenen, Chef Julien Bispo, pastry chef extraordinaire and Program Director Dr Annalisa Mariano-Diaz.
