I am pleased to announce that the Office of Student Activities (College OSA) has welcomed 4 New members to the OSA Team:
1.Mara Teresina D. Lee, “Mara” (Student Affairs Professional / Formator)
Mara graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University with a BS in Psychology and a Minor in Education. She has demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Secretary-General of the Ateneo Special Education Society, where she championed online accessibility for persons with disabilities. Mara's experience also includes teaching reading to Grade 2 students and leading mental health initiatives at the Ateneo Bulatao Center for Psychological Services. Her proactive approach, combined with her extensive experience in education and leadership, makes her an invaluable asset to our team. We look forward to the innovative contributions she will bring to our student activities and community engagement efforts.
2.Daniel Serafin S. Vijandre, “Dan” (Student Affairs Professional / Formator)
A Political Science graduate from Ateneo de Manila University with a Minor in Strategic Human Resource Management, Dan has demonstrated a passion for policy and development work, seeking to leverage his career in organizational development and project management. As President of The Ateneo Assembly, he spearheaded numerous projects and collaborated with the Political Science Department on various initiatives. Daniel's involvement in the Global Leadership Program (GLP) highlights his commitment to sustainability and student-driven solutions. With extensive experience in project management, program design and process facilitation, Daniel has consistently demonstrated strong adaptability and exemplary leadership capabilities. We are confident that Daniel's dynamic background and proactive approach will inspire innovative ideas and drive impactful projects within our Student Activities team.
3.Zych Jeus G. Alfanta, “Red” (Administrative Assistant)
Red graduated from La Salle University with a degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management. He previously was the Coordinator for Student Activities for Higher Education and Coordinator for Leadership Development and Wellness at the Student Activities Center of La Salle University – Ozamiz. Red has also led significant projects such as the Northwestern Mindanao Youth Leadership Convention and the Lasallian Leadership Academy. Red is well-equipped to contribute to the growth and success of our Student Activities team. We are confident that his expertise and enthusiasm will greatly benefit our community.
4.Ronnel P. Ojas, “Nel” (Assistant for Finance Support)
Nel brings nearly eight years of professional experience, showcasing expertise in process improvement, team collaboration, and community engagement. His previous roles include QA Supervisor at Home Credit PH, where he led process audits and improvements, and Financial Literacy Ambassador, promoting financial education through award-winning programs. Nel's commitment to community service is evident from his role as Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Treasurer, managing funds and resources for youth initiatives. He holds a degree in Banking and Finance from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where he was a Dean's Lister and active in student organizations. His awards, including the 2023 Philippines Choice Award for National Outstanding Young Hero of the Year, reflect his dedication to excellence and service. We are confident that Ronnel will be an inspiration, driving positive impact and growth.
I would like to extend my gratitude to Mara, Dan, Red, and Nel for graciously accepting this mission. Let's support our new OSAFAM members and give them a warm welcome. May the Holy Spirit inspire and guide them as they embark on their new roles.
