ACAS presents Flavors of Asia: Taste of Malaysia, with Chef Ramzu Nasri

The Ateneo Center for Asian Studies presents Flavors of Asia: Taste of Malaysia a cooking demonstration of well-loved Malaysian recipes capped by a buffet lunch..
Learn from Chef Ramzu Nasri as he teaches how to cook three Malaysian dishes – roti canai, laksa, beef rendang – and prepare the beverage teh tarik. A seven-course buffet lunch of Malaysian dishes follows. Chef Ramzu is a Malaysian chef of distinctive expertise honed in top hotels and resorts such as Shangri-La, the Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, recently at Banwa Private Island in Palawan and presently, at the halal-certified hotel, Berjaya Makati Hotel.
Collaborating in the event are Berjaya Makati Hotel, the John Gokongwei School of Management's BS Restaurant Entrepreneurship program, the Aspiring Restaurant Entrepreneurs Association (AREA) student organization, and the Malaysian Embassy.
Flavors of Asia: Taste of Malaysia will take place on 15 June 2024, Saturday. Entry fee is PHP 1,250.00 for guests; PHP 950.00 for Ateneo students/staff and ACAS alumni/students.
