22 March 2024 Update for Grade 7 Applicants SY 2024-2025

1. The second phase of the application process for entry to Grade 7 SY 2024-2025 will end on March 23. All applicants who have been interviewed are MANUALLY moved to the FOR DELIBERATION stage. Please give OAS enough time to move the applicants after interviews are done on Saturdays; there is no work on weekends. 

2. Once moved to FOR DELIBERATION, it is expected that the documents are COMPLETE. This means that the Grade 6 card has already been uploaded. Those who have not yet uploaded this document should do so ASAP. 

      a. Log in to your account.

      b. Look for FOLLOW UP REQUIREMENT on the left side of the page.

      c. Upload the Grade 6 card (First Quarter is the minimum requirement).

      d. Click SUBMIT.

3. Once the form is submitted, it will be moved to the FOR VERIFICATION listing of the checkers.

Checkers monitor the submissions daily. The document will be examined and verified, then ACCEPTED.

4. The Admissions Committee already started deliberations. The GRADE 6 CARD is needed for the deliberations. If this is not present in the applicant’s documents, the committee will put the applicant on WAITLIST status. This means that the FINAL COPY of the card would have to be submitted, thus deferring the release of results for said applicant. This is because most schools would release the cards by May or even later. 

5. Results for those who submitted complete requirements will be out by mid-April. Monitor the AJHS-OAS webpage for the exact date of release. Results can be accessed through the Ateneo Edusuite for ADMISSIONS account.
