[AGS] Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week

Every fourth week of March is Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week. It promotes the protection and gender-fair treatment of every girl child and provides equal opportunities and adequate protection to prepare them for their role in community development. 

We should encourage our family members, neighbors, friends, and relatives to work together to build a community where every girl can lead and thrive. A girl child deserves a life where she is loved, respected, and treated as equal to a boy. 

Girls have proven themselves in many fields and professions due to their hard work and dedication. They are talented and responsible for their family. Girls are known for being caring and loving to their family and parents, giving their best in every way.

Quoting UNESCO, "A girl with a dream can change the world. Let's support and uplift every girl's aspirations."
