Work Arrangements – 23 September 2023 (OVPHR memo)

In line ongoing precautionary measures to mitigate the effects of the heavy smog conditions and the possibility of volcanic fog in Metro Manila, the following work arrangements are advised:

• Office-based employees may work from home with the approval of their office heads;
• Employees who are required to report onsite, please observe proper health protocols:
  • Stay indoors if your work is office-based.
  • Wear the necessary PPEs if your work requires you to be outdoors;
• And employees who cannot report onsite will need to inform their respective supervisors and file for emergency leave.
