ADMISSIONS

- Deadline for International applicants (Non-Philippine Passport holders) is March 15, 2023. Deadline for Filipino applicants is May 10, 2023.
Accelerated Track Program - This track is for candidates who only have an undergraduate degree in economics or equivalent fields. Students are required to complete 72 graduate units, which include 15 units of M.A. required courses and the Regular Track Program requirements. Students obtain the M.A. in Economics after completing at least 36 graduate units or an additional year of study that fulfill the M.A. requirements.
Regular Track Program - This track is for candidates who already have an M.A. in Economics. Students without sufficient background are required to enroll in M.A. courses before proceeding to the Ph.D. courses. Transferees are accepted if they fulfill eligibility requirements. Students are required to complete 51 graduate units, covering Ph.D. required courses, two specializations, cognates, workshops, and dissertation research.
