Last Update from AJHS-OAS Re: Grade 7 Application SY 2023-2024

Happy Feast of the Immaculate Conception! The AJHS Online Application for Grade 7 SY 2023- 2024, which began on SEPTEMBER 19, will end today on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.

Here are the last reminders in preparation for the ENTRANCE EXAM:

1. All those who received their EXAM PERMITS from Ateneo Edusuite should report for their exam on their designated date and time slot. Please make arrangements for the usual traffic congestion along the Katipunan area. The update on Exams was posted last week on the AJHS FB and AJHS-OAS webpage on ateneo.edu. Please read.

2. Applicants who are scheduled to take the ENTRANCE EXAM on December 10 or 11, 2022, but cannot make it due to sickness, injury, or are in quarantine/isolation should write an email to admissions.ajhs@ateneo.edu to inform them about the applicant’s current health status.

A LATE EXAM will be given to those who will not be able to take the entrance test on schedule due to the reasons listed above.

3. Those who were able to create an account BUT did not finish the application process can still continue with their application. The online application will be kept open until January 7, 2023. All those who fall under this category will take the LATE EXAMS along with those who fall under category #2 above.

The LATE EXAM will be administered at the AHS Covered Courts on January 21, 2023 from 7:00- 11:30. Bring the EXAM PERMIT.
