Reminders for Grade 7 Applicants SY 2023-2024

1.   The deadline for the application period is fast approaching. There is no other application period. Please make sure to submit your online application forms ASAP!

2.   To those who are in the DRAFT stage, please finish the application form and click SUBMIT. Your application form cannot be reviewed and you cannot move on to the next stage unless you SUBMIT the form.

3.   The GRADE 6 CARD has a LATE UPLOAD OPTION. This means you can upload the OFFICIAL COPY of the GRADE 6 FIRST QUARTER CARD even after the application period. We do not accept viewable screenshots of  your report card. Once the card is available, log in to your account, and look for FOLLOW-UP REQUIREMENTS on the left side of the screen. Your application will still be accepted even without the Grade 6 card, but it will not be listed in FOR DELIBERATION until the card copy is uploaded.

4.   To those who are in the FOR EXAMINATION stage, please make sure that you CHOOSE an examination date so that an EXAM PERMIT can be sent to you through the registered email address. You cannot take the exam without this permit.
